Nutritional
therapy deals with rebalancing nutrients and maximising their
absorption. Ridding the body of toxins, which are a contributing
factor of ill health, brings the body back into harmony and
restores health and vitality.
Tara
also uses her extensive knowledge of Homeopathy, Herbalism,
Homeotoxicology and Flower Remedies incorporating them into
treatments when she feels it is appropriate.
Mineral hair analysis and allergy testing can be arranged if required.

Consultation |
|
| |
The first consultation usually takes about about 1 hour for first consultation and about 30 minutes for future conusltations. however,
I do not set a time limit as I feel it should take as long as
is required. During this time a full case history is taken at
the end of which I will summarise my initial thoughts to you
and discuss how best to progress with your case.
Then a few days later I will send you out dietary recommendations
and where appropriate supplement suggestions.
The follow on consultation is usually about 6 weeks later and
last about 30 - 40 minuets; that said I am very much there for
you during this time at the end of the telephone or email to
support you and answer any questions that may come up.
